Playlist The First - A Giveaway

I was REALLY sick of our messy apartment yesterday and perfectly happy cleaning on my birthday. It was that bad and it felt good to get some of it taken care of. As we started to clean we needed something to keep our spirits up and get Little Man involved.... so I started a playlist. (I'm learning from Zizi and Megs. My playlist is much more kid-centric and alot less cool.) Here's our clean-up playlist so far:

A Spoonful of Sugar - Mary Poppins
Happy Working Song - Enchanted
Heigh Ho - Snow White
Be Our Guest - Beauty and the Beast
The Work Song - Cinderella
It's time to clean up - 50 Giggly Wiggly Songs

There's a definite Disney theme here, but I'd like to include more than just children's music. I have to be able to enjoy it too. This is where you come in. Make suggestions in the comments. We'll randomly pick one super lucky winner to receive a cd of our final playlist. Have fun!

what a cute idea~my 6 yr old likes to help me with doing things around the house, and dancing to the music as we are cleaning away sounds like fun~I know she loves the song-and I don't know artist or title, but it is in one of her movies-I like to move it, move it... she keeps singing that over and over again and it gets her up and off the couch dancing.

If you can get a hold of the CD from the movie Jump In soundtrack their are many upbeat kis appropriate songs and this is a Walt disney CD. I love track #12 Jump!!!

there's always high school musical! get your head in the game? haha. or on HSM2 there's a song about working that's nice and upbeat. The lemur song from Madagascar is a GREAT suggestion. I know Monkey would love that song. And, frankly, because he's your son and already loves the song, I'm pretty sure Ice Ice Baby should be included.

Also, Dance Magic from Labrynth and Little Bitty Pretty One from Matilda.

How's that? I'll keep looking. Maybe a Lizzie Maguire song just for old times sake? Maybe the Hey Now remix? "yesterday my life was duller, now everything is technicolor" haha.

I love all of the Disney Mania CD's where they have done remixes of the classic Disney songs!
